In a large bowl, slice all vegetables according to ingredient list; slice turkey and add to vegetables; season to taste with Mrs. Dash or your favorite seasoning, add white pepper and toss. Spray and heat a non-stick skillet or George Forman style in-door grill with non-stick cooking spray ; add vegetables and meat. Spray with Parkay butter spray (about 3 times) and saute .
