Spray a 9 inch square baking pan with vegetable cooking spray and set aside.In a medium bown, combine apples, eggs, sugar, butter, splenda and vanillaIn another bowl combine flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and salt. Mix well. Add Craisins, and pecans. mix to combine. Add flour mixture to apple mixture until just combined.
