Makes 12 servingsPeel, core and slice apples into wedges. In a 9 x 13 glass casserole dish, mix 2 tablespoons of flour, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 T. Splenda brown sugar blend, and 1 c. apple juice. Then add apple slices in one layer. Sprinkle 1 T of Cinnamon on top of apples.In a separate bowl, mix oatmeal, ginger, 1 T of cinnamon, 2 T splenda brown sugar blend and butter spray until slightly moist.
