4 Apples Medium. I use red delicious but can use any you prefer.
2 Tbsp. Country Crock margarine
1/2 C brown sugar, packed
3 Tbsp. Ground Cinnamon


How Do I Make Jessie's Baked Apple?

Here is how you make Jessie's Baked Apple:

Peel apples. I use a slicer to core and slice. Mix together the brown sugar, margarine and cinnamon. Cut each of the pie crusts in two and on oiled sheet roll out thinner. Stand apple in center of pie crust half and with core removed place the brown sugar mixture in to fill hole. Wrap crust and seal all the way around.
