Peel and chop up apples into small chunks. In a small saucepan with 1/4 c of water cook on med heat until soft. Add 2 tbsp of SPlenda Br. Sugar blend, and cinnamon to taste. Once thick and gooey, take 2 tbps of mixture and put inside an Egg roll wrap. fold and seal with fingers. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam or use waxing or browning paper.
