pre heat oven to 180 degrees C.Mix the banana, egg, nuts, butter in one dish. In another dish combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and soda. Add the wet into the dry and mix until all lumps are out (except ones from nuts)Pour into a non stick loaf pan and put into oven.
