Here is how you make Banana Bread Extraordinare:

Preheat oven to 345 degrees. F. Cream butter, sugar and eggs together. Add water and bananas. Mix in flour & soda. Grease and flour bread pan. Bake until done, when knife or fork comes out clean, (appx. 1hr 20min to 2hrs). May have to cover with foil to prevent burning. If splitting batter into 2 smaller loaves, you only bake for about 45 min.Servings: Slice bread loaf into 12 even slices, then cut lengthwise down then entire loaf, dividing it into 24 slices.
