Toss bananas and sugar into mixer and mix until consistent.Add oil and egg substitute. Mix until consistent.In a separate bowl, combine almond meal, soy flour, flax meal, salt and baking soda until consistent.Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until dry ingredients have just become moist. Fold in chocolate chips.Pour into loaf pan that's been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.Bake at 350 for 45 - 50 minutes. Check early and often.
