1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees & grease a 9.5" loaf pan.2. In large bowl, whisk the apple sauce & honey together. Add eggs & vanilla, mix well. Add mashed banana's & milk & mix all together.3. In separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt, & cinnamon together.4. Add the dry ingredients (#3) intermittently into the wet ingredients & mix together just until combined. Some lumps are ok.5. Pour into greased loaf pan & bake for 50-55 minutes.Serving Size:?Makes 1 loaf, 12 slices
