Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt, stir into the butter mixture until smooth. 3. Finally fold in the sour cream, mashed bananas, and nuts. Spread evenly into the prepared pan. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of loaf comes out clean. Cool loaf in the pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. NOTE: I substituted buttermilk for the sour cream because I was out of sour cream. Still really good.
