Here is how you make Modified Weight Watchers Banana Bread:

In a bowl combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder. Make sure everything is mixed well.In a separate bowl combine milk, bananas, egg.Pour the liquid mixture over the flour mix and combine together (don't over mix). If you wish to add walnuts do so. Pour mixture into a pan (I used a small cake pan). Bake at 350F for approximately 45 minutes, or until you can put a toothpick in the center and it comes out clean.Cuts into approx. 1.5" slices.Number of Servings: 14Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user JODIEC79.
