Let the banana rest on its side on a cutting board, and make a deep cut into the banana lengthwise (don't cut all the way through), and leave 1 inch uncut on each side. Spoon the brown sugar/margarine mixture into the cut. Place the banana into a broiling pan and broil for 5 minutes, or until browned. Serve in the skins with a spoon.Adds a little bit of sweetness to an ordinary banana, without adding a lot of calories.
