Cover with a mixture of lemon juice and cold water.Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Use a pastry blender to cut butter into flour until mixture looks like fine crumbs.Stir in oats and sugar. Mix in the eggs and blend until the mixture becomes a stiff dough.Put half into a 13x9 inch baking pan. Press down firmly. Add drained sliced bananas in a thin layer on top.
