Preheat oven to 325, grease bundt cake pan. mix together dry ingredients, set aside. beat cream cheese and butter together in electric mixer until combined, add sugar and beat for about 7 minutes until light. Add eggs one at a time, beating for about a minute in between each addition. In separate bowl combine bananas, vanilla and bourbon. GRadually add flour mixture and bourbon mixture to butter mixture, alternating which you put in, beat until just combined, then add pecans.
