Here is how you make Jim's Banana Cake:

Cream shortening,sugar and stevia. Add eggs and beat. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add and mix. Add bananas, buttermilk and vanilla. Mix til blended. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 in 1 11 1/2 by 7 1/2 pan that has been greased and floured. Frosting: Mix pudding and milk at high speed for two minutes. Fold in cool whip.
