Grease and flour a 9 X 13 pan. In a small bowl cream butter and sugar, add eggs in one at a time and beat until creamy. Add in milk, mashed banana, and crushed pineapple, mix well. In a separate bowl stir flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Slowly stir dry ingredients into the wet just until mixed. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. To make glaze, beat milk and butter until smooth and whipped.
