Here is how you make Banana and Chocolate Chip Muffins:

Pre-heat oven to 400 degreesSpray a 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray.In a large bowl combine the first 8 ingredients.In a smaller bowl mash the bananas then add the next 4 ingredients to the bananas, mix well. Then add the brown sugar to the wet ingredients and stir.Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix just until combined. **** don't over mix or the muffins will turn out rubbery. When combined add chocolate chips and stir once or twice. Again, don't over mix.Fill the muffin tin with the batter.
