1 Tbsp rice bran
1 1/2 Tbsp Chia seeds
1/4 cup dry instant oatmeal
1 tsp cinnamon

Divide into two mugs (put one in the fridge to "bake" tomorrow). Microwave for 45-60 seconds checking frequently after 40 seconds. Let stand 2 minutes.
