Cover a plate or cookie sheet with a piece of wax paper (this will be going in the freezer, so make sure you have room).Cut the banana into 1/2" slices, and arrange on the plate/ cookie sheet. Place one chocolate chip on each slice.Melt the white chocolate, microwaving in increments of 15 seconds until it becomes smooth and totally melted. Drizzle on top of the banana slices.Freeze for at least 20 minutes, and remove 2 minutes before eating.
