Peel your banana and mash them until as few lumps as possible. Place them in a blender or processor and pulse until smooth. Place balana in a bowl and add to freezer until super, duper cold but not frozen solid. I usually wait about 60 minutes. Then take the 2 tbsp of caramel and drizzle, add the shots of whipped cream and top with the fresh, medium sized strawberry!
