In a small mixing bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form; set aside. In a larger bowl, mix splenda and applesauce. Beat in egg yolks. Add the bananas, mix well. Combine flours and baking soda. Add to banana mixture, alternating with sour milk. Mix well after each addition. Add the vanilla. Fold in egg whites. Fold in nuts.Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
