3-1/4 cups of Cool Whip Lite (reserve 1-1/4 cup for topping)
3-1/2 cups Skim Milk

Here is how you make Low Calorie/Low Fat Banana Pudding:

Take a casserole dish and line the bottom with 25 Nilla wafers. Cut banana into slices and place along the top of the Nilla wafers. You should have enough to connect the wafers together.In a mixer, mix banana pudding boxes, skim milk and 2 cups of cool whip lite until fully blended and fluffy. Place mixing bowl in refrigerator for 10 minutes, to set up. Take remaining (refrigerator thawed) 1-1/4 cups of Cool Whip Lite and spread over the top of the pudding.
