Here is how you make Homemade Low Sugar Banana Pudding:

Pour 1/4 cup Almond milk into small bowl . add cornstarch, flour and egg, mix together very well until all lumps are removed.Pour remaining milk into large microwavable bowl add cornstarch mixture and stir well. Place in microwave and Heat on high for 2 minutes, stir well, continue microwaving in 30 sec to 1 minutes intervals until mixture has thickened.
