Here is how you make Blueberry Banana Muffins:

Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Combine flours, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl cream the sugar and applesauce. Add the egg, mashed banana, and vanilla--mix until combined. Slowly add the dry ingredients until just mixed--do not over mix. Fold in blueberries.
