Grease muffin pan or line with paper liners.In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together. Mix well.In seperate bowl, combine banana sugar, egg and vanilla. Blend until well mised. Add applesauce. Break or cut raspberries into small pieces. Combine into banana mixture. Slowly add dry mixture to banana mixture. Blend well. Batter (and therefore, your muffins) will become a strange blueish purple color, but it tastes great!Scoop batter into prepared muffin cups. Bake 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean. Let cool before serving.
