Okay so i used 3 tblspns of light soy milk
along with 1/2 cup of veggie oil

as for the rest of the ingredients. you mix flour, salt and baking soda set aside. then mix sugar egg and oil then combine the two. Then in a separate bowl (i just used the one that had the flour in it originally) mashed vanilla bananas and milk. combined the two and put into mini muffin pans.
