Here is how you make Date Brownie Bites:

Pit dates and put them in a food processor. Pulse until they have a consistent texture. (I used a blender and had to keep scraping the dates back towards the blades with a spatula. It took longer but worked out fine.)Put processed dates in a small bowl or on a plate. Measure out 1/8 of a cup of cocoa powder. Add a little of the powder and cut into dates with a fork until the cocoa is mixed in completely. Keep repeating this until you have a dough-like ball that is stiff enough to form, but not dry and flaky/powdery. (I usually end up with a little cocoa powder left over, but if you have particularly wet dates, it might take all of it.)Divide dough into 6 pieces and form into whatever shape you like: cubes, balls, pyramids....
