Whip the cream lighty in to another bowl large enough to hold 2-3 pints - until it has just started the form soft peaks. Add two packets of sugar free jellie to the liquidised fruit and add 1 pint of freshly boiled water and stir till the little crystals are dissolved. Then add in a further 1/2 pint of cold water, mix throughly, pour this mixture in to the cream and continue to hand whisk until frothy - then place in the fridge until nearly set. Mix once more to make sure the mixture has not separated and leave for a further hour to make sure this has set.
