Spray bottom of baking pan with cooking spray. Toss together blueberries, pears, lemon juice, flour and 1/2 c sugar and pour into pan. Mix Bisquick & milk. Drop by teaspoon-full on top of fruit. Mix 2 tbsp sugar w/ dash of cinnamon and sprinkle over Bisquick drops. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
