The ingredients for Kristy's Brownie Delights are:

2) Brownies
- 1 pouch brownie mix
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Egg

3) Cheesecake
- 2 pkgs Cream Cheese (8oz; 250g each)
- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

4) Chocolate Topping
- 3oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate (Baker's)
- 1/8 cup and 2 tbsp Cooking Cream (35%)

Here is how you make Kristy's Brownie Delights:

1) Preheat oven to 325F. Put a baking pan, filled halfway with water on the bottom rach of the oven (steam bath). Line muffin tins with baking cups,2) Brownie Mixture: hand mix the wet ingredients. Add in the brownie mix. Stir until fully mixed. Place one spoonful of brownie mix into each baking cup. Bake for approx 20 minutes or until brownies are set. 3) Cheesecake : Bring all ingredients to room temp (cream cheese and eggs). Using a mixer, soften cream cheese. Add the sugar and mix until very smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Mix in lemon juice (1 TSP, NOT TBSP) and vanilla extract by hand. Cover each brownie with a layer of cheese batter. Bake for approx 18 minutes or until set and still slightly jiggly. Cool.4) Chocolate Topping: In a microwavable dish, melt chocolate with 2 Tbsp of cream, in 30 second increments. Stir until all chocolate is melted and smooth. Add 1/8 cup of additional cream. Stir untill smooth. Decorate tops of "Brownie Delights" by either spooning on the chocolate or by piping it in fum patterns using a decorating kit.
