3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. (110g)Enriched All-Purpose Flour, unbleached
1 4oz. Ghirardelli Semi-sweet Chocolate bar
1 cup (220g) Brown Sugar, packed
1 stick (113g) Butter, unsalted
1/4 tsp. (1.2g) Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. (3g) Salt
2 Large Eggs
1/3 cup Ghirardelli Semisweet chocolate chips
1 tsp (4g) Vanilla extract

Here is how you make Ghiradelli Classic Brownie Recipe:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour an 8"x8" pan. In a heavy 1 1/2 quart saucepan or double boiler, melt chocolate bar and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove pan from heat; let cool to nearly room temperature. Stir in brown sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, mix well. In bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Slowly fold in flour mixture, mix well. Stir in semi-sweet chips. Pour batter in pan. (I like to add a few pecans on top, but that's your call). Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a tester comes out clean. Makes 16 2"x2" brownies, (or one giant 8"x8" brownie!)
