Here is how you make Mom's Brownies:

Preheat the oven to 350*Spray a square baking dish.For the brownie batter, combine all dry ingredients with a whisk in a medium bowl.Add the 2 eggs and beat in the center of the bowl and then add the melted butter.Mix all together and bake for 25 mins.For the icing, in a small bowl mix dry ingredients and cream butter into the mixture. Add the vanilla extract and milk.Mix until creamy.
