Here is how you make Sarah's Yummy Brownies:

Preheat oven to 325?F. Butter a square baking pan and a large piece of parchment paper (large enough to line and hang over the sides of the pan) then place the parchment paper inside the pan. Stir together, cocoa, sugar and salt, then set aside. Melt butter and pour into a large bowl. Slowly add the cocoa, sugar and salt mixture into the melted butter, mixing well. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add the flour and then whip until the batter is very glossy and pulls away from the sides of the bowl.Fold in walnuts.Pour the batter into the pan. Bake for 1/2 an hour or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out moist but clean.Cool for 10 minutes on a rack.
