Here is how you make Lo-Cal Brownies:

Preheat oven to 350. Line 8” square dish with foil and spray with cooking spray. Wisk together dry ingredients and set aside. In a mixer, cream butter and sugar 2-3 minutes. Add egg, egg whites, vanilla, and coffee. Scrape down sides of bowl and mix again. Slowly add flour mixture then yogurt. Mix gently until just combined.
