Here is how you make Wacky Brownies - no oil or eggs:

Mix dry ingredients in med size bowl. Mix liquid ingredients in small container (I use a 2 cup glass measuring cup, measure & mix in one). Pour liquid into dry and mix with a FORK. It will be very foamy. Pour into an un-greased 10 inch microwaveable quiche pan. Microwave at 50% power (I use a 1100 watt oven) for 8 to 10 minutes watching very closely the last few minutes. Brownies are done when toothpick inserted near center comes out clean and edges pull away from the pan.
