2 tbsp 1% milk
1 cup icing sugar

brownie:Melt butter in saucepan and add to sugar in a mixer bowl. Add egg and vanilla and mix. Stir in remaining ingredients, and spread into greased 8"x8" pan. Bake at 350F for about 35 minutes until sides just start to pull away from pan. icing:Combine butter, sugar, and milk in saucepan and bring to boil, and simmer (stirring) for 2 mins.
