How Do I Make Cinnimon Buns?

Here is how you make Cinnimon Buns:

Heat water to aout 100 degrees F and mix pinch of sugar and yeast in. Set aside. Combine milk, sugar, melted butter, egg, and half of the flour and mix. Add water after five minutes and add the rest of the flour. Lightly flour a cuttin board and kneed the dough--add more flour if needed. Place kneeded dough in a bowl and set in a warm place for 30 minutes. Sprinkle surface with flour and roll dough out into a rectangle. Brush with butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll the dough and cut into 13 pieces. Place in a greese baking pan and pinch tops closed. Let rise for an additional 20 minutes.
