1 Pkg. Pillsbury Reduced Sugar Yellow Cake Mix
1 Pkg (3.4oz) lemon instant pudding
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 t. vanilla extract
1 c. egg beaters
1/2 c. Hershey's Light chocolate syrup
3 colors of food coloring


How Do I Make Rainbow Bundt Cake?

Here is how you make Rainbow Bundt Cake:

Preheat oven according to cake mix package for a bundt pan.Mix the first 6 ingredients for 6 minutes. Take out a small portion of the batter (about 1.5 cups or two large scoops) and put it into 3 bowls. Mix each bowl with one color of food coloring (I use red, yellow, green). Add the Hershey's syrup to the remaining batter and mix well. Pour batter into greased bundt pan; layering colored batter until all is used. Cook according to the cake mix directions. Cake is done when a toothpick is inserted into the middle and comes out clean (cooking times may be longer for different ovens). Cool slightly and turn out onto a plate. I cut the cake up into slices and put them on a plate so I only eat one portion at a time....otherwise I eat a lot more because it's so good!Makes 24 servings (about 3/4 inch slices or slice according to your bundt pan separations)Number of Servings: 24Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user ROCKCHALK2.
