Here is how you make Robins Grand Marnier Cake:

Glaze - Combine glaze ingredients in small saucepan over low heat until dissolved. Boil for 2 minutes. Let cool.Cake - Using electric mixer beat cake mix and rest of ingredients (except chocolate chips) till smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into lightly greated and floured 10-cup bundt pan. Bake at 350 approx. 40 minutes or until an inserted toothpick has a few moist crumbs. Remove from over and immediately pour Grand Marnier mixture of top. Let stand for 30 minutes.
