2 sticks of butter (I use Brummel & Brown equivalent)
1/4 cup of Splenda
2 small boxes of SF French Vanilla pudding
1/2 gallon of SF French Vanilla ice cream
1 8 oz tub SF Cool Whip


How Do I Make The Best Ever Ice Cream Cake?

Here is how you make The Best Ever Ice Cream Cake:

Melt the butter. Add 3 sleeves of crumbled ritz crackers and 1/4 cup of Splenda. Mix well and then place in the bottom of a regular cake pan. Keep 1/4 cup crumbs to garnish the top. Let ice cream sit out in a bowl to soften (not melted, just slightly softened). When the ice cream has softened, add the two boxes of French Vanilla pudding mix to ice cream. Add in a little more than half of the cool whip to the ice cream/pudding mixture. Mix well until smooth and then place on top of your ritz crust. Just add the remianing cool whip over the top and garnish with the remaining crumbs.
