Here is how you make Eclair Cake:

Mix up the milk, vanilla pudding mixes, and whipped topping. Then layer 1/3 of the graham crackers on the bottom of a 9X13 dish, top with 1/2 pudding mixture, layer with 1/3 of grahams, top with other 1/2 of pudding, and layer top with rest of grahams. Then spread icing over the top. I just ice the graham crackers and that is plenty. You don't end up using the whole container.Refrigerate for at least 4 hours if possible and overnight is even better.
