This cake serves 20. I use a disposable 1/2 size steamer tray to cook this cake in when I am baking in the kitchen. One a cook out I bake it in a 14" dutch oven with 12 briquettes on the bottom and 16 briquettes on the top.Try mixing and Matching your flavors. Lemon cake with Diet orange soda, Yellow cake and Root Beer, Strawberry cake and Raspberry Pop. Just remember to get the levening action it needs to be DIET pop!This works fast so make sure your oven is preheated or your briquettes are ready. Put the cake mix in a bowl, pour in the soda and stir just until the pop is all stirred in. It will be lumpy. Don't worry! Pour the mixture in your pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350*.
