Here is how you make Pudding Fudge Cake:

Preheat over to 350?. In the 9x13 pyrex dish mix the first 5 ingredients*. Then add the milk, vegetable oil and vanilla stirring with a fork until well mixed. Spread evenly in the pyrex dish. Spread evenly the brown sugar and 1/4c of cocoa over the previous mixture. Do NOT mix. Add the hot water evenly over mixture. Do NOT stir. Bake at 350? for 40 minutes.
