1.Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8" cake pan with tin foil and coat lightly with Pam cooking spray. Set aside.2.Measure out half the package of cake mix and place in a mixing bowl. Set the remaining cake mix aside for use another day.3.Add 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix) to the mixing bowl and mix with electric mixer on low until moistened.
