This recipe gets its from the fact that you make it 4 days in advance. Letting it sit in the fridge for that amount of time makes it extra moist. You can use any cake mix you like. I use Betty Crocker Devils Food. Once you eat this cake, it will soon become a favorite. The origional recipe (from my hubbys maw maw), used regular ingrediets. I have substituted low or non fat where possible.
