Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place 6 liners into a jumbo muffin pan.In the bowl of a mixer, combine egg whites and cream of tartar. Beat on high speed, gradually adding 3 T of Swerve until mixture forms stiff peaks.In a mixing bowl, mix coconut oil, egg yolks, and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, combine the 1/2 cup coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
