Here is how you make Almost Candy Bars:

Line a 9 x 12 cake pan with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Set aside. Mix dry cake mix with butter until crumbly (it's best to use your hands). Spread crumbly mixture in cake pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the cake mix. Pour the Eagle Brand milk evenly over the chips. Bake for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees until set. Allow to cool completely.
