Ingredients:
Egg, fresh, 4 large
Cream Cheese, 32 oz
Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
Granulated Sugar, 1.25 cup)
Graham Crackers 1 cup, crushed
Pecans, .75 cup, chopped finely
Butter, whipped, 4 tbsp
Lemon juice, 1 tbsp

Here is how you make Marsh's Cheese Cake:

Take a bowl and add in the crushed graham crackers and finely chopped pecans. Put the butter in a dish and melt in the microwave. then add the butter and mix all of them together. This is your crust.Add the crust into a 10 inch spring form pan. You will need to spread it out with your hands, so make sure to wash them thoroughly!:)Next take an even larger bowl and add the soft cream cheese into the bowl. Use a hand mixer(preferably electric) and mix it til its nice and smooth. Next add in the sugar and blend. Then add in 1 egg at a time til nicely mixed. Now add the vanilla and lemon juice. Make sure to mix thoroughly after as the vanilla and lemon are what gives it the flavor. Once its mixed to a nice creamy-ness. add it on top of the crust and smooth out even. Now bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 50 min. you will know its done, when you can put a toothpick in it and pull the toothpick out and nothing comes with the toothpick.leave in the refrigerator over night.
