Here is how you make Cheesecake - Not Diet:

Preheat oven to 500Mix Graham Crackers and Butter. Press into bottom of a greased 9" springform pan. Set aside.Mix all the rest of the ingredients and blend.Pour into pan and place on cookie sheet in oven. (In case it bubbles over or a little squeeks out the bottom.)Cook for 15-20 minutes at 500. Lower temp to 250 for 40 minutes. Turn off oven. DO NOT OPEN DOOR! If you do the cake will crack and look bad. Leave to cool slowly in oven overnight if possible.
