Here is how you make Mom's Cheesecake:

Mix margarine and graham cracker crumbs and pat in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Keep half cup of mixture for topping.Dissolve Jello in water, set aside and let cool. Cream the cheese and Splenda together Add the pineapple into the Jello. Whip Milnot, fold entire mixture together. Add Cool Whip and mix well.Pour over graham cracker crust and sprinkle extra topping over mixture. Let set in refrigerator until firm...about 2 hours.
